Self Love Workshop.Gently Being & Lady Luck Photography Studio Present:
Self-Love Workshop! Join us in spending an afternoon learning about developing self-love, meditating, and getting a gorgeous head shot taken after developing all that loving energy. Oh, and there will be delicious herbal teas too! The afternoon will be broken into a discussion on why self-love and compassion is important, why it is not selfish, and why it can be so difficult to maintain. The participants will then be guided through an exercise in developing self-love with a guided meditation to follow. After all this loving energy has been manifested and is flowing, participants will have one-on-one time with the gorgeous and talented Jennifer of Lady Luck Photography to get a personal head shot taken to capture the afternoon and to celebrate you!
